These two on the slide today. They spent ages taking it in turns. They crack me up.
What an epic day. Both Stephen and I are now broken. Everyone got involved at some point. Old grass lifted, two ton or gravel one ton of dust carried through the house, new artificial grass laid and pegged in place. My husband is epic. Thank you for putting up with me and my continuous desire to improve our home. (Though you must admit the amount of mud Ollie was bringing in was a good reason to do it.) I love you. My food inspired poem for the week to go with my emotional eating blog.
Just writing this weeks blog was therapy for me. I am definitely an emotional eater. https://alisonaderyn.com/2021/02/22/five-top-tips-to-stop-eating-your-way-through-emotions/ #emotionaleating #thehappypath
Sat watching a movie with the wonderful hubby last night and struck by inspiration for a change in my book. Bless him he is so supportive that he encouraged me to turn the movie off and rewrite the last two chapters. I am so excited to get this edit done now. Just need to find more time in the week. #aspiringauthor #inspiration #lovetowrite
So I have been trying to do at least one run a week this year. (Doing Bodycoach with the kids the rest of the week). And I am celebrating today as it is the first one of the year I mostly enjoyed. I only do interval jogs. But dam it has felt like hard work. Worth preserving for that one enjoyable run. Hanging now but happy. #running #stickwithit #thehappypath
