This is by far my favourite latest simple action for happy path actions.
Set your intent, think about why you are doing what you are doing before every task.
It could be for anything like, I am doing the dishes to provide a safe and clean environment for my family, or I doing some exercise to be fit, healthy and slim or I am writing a book to enjoy some creative time for me.
I have been road testing this action recently and it is already life changing. Tasks that were boring have purpose, things I found reasons to avoid have a new priority. It is so simple and so powerful. Try it today, think about the why before the do.
